Reporting Line: Report to Sr. Vice President

Experience, Skills and Knowledge required:

  • 10+ years experience in MR, or MR plus advertising or a combination of this plus client side experience in a marketing driven organization
  • Excellent Client Servicing & Strategic Thinking Skills
  • Should be able to guide, motivate and train a team of researchers & team leaders
  • Should be able to act as consultant & advisor to clients in senior mgmt. positions
  • Should be aggressive, exhibiting leadership traits & go-getter with risk taking ability


Job Description: Heading or co-heading the Branded Solutions business for IMRB for the western region (Mumbai), northern region (Delhi) &  south as well as east region (Bangalore) with a team of 6-8 researchers & team leaders  in each location

Other details: The job offers significant independence to chart her/his business goals, deepen client relationships & also mentor and train the team on research & client servicing skills
