However, it enables us to understand your online shopping habits only when you use your registered mail ID while shopping. But why? We study changing habits of online community to make meaningful impact on how the ecommerce environment can evolve to deliver shoppers a better online shopping experience through our partners.
Will I be targeted by online shopping companies or ecommerce companies?
No, your mail or contact information is just used for research. No promotional material, mails or communication will be sent to you by us or our partners. You contact details are not even shared with our partners. So, be assured, there would be absolutely no SPAMMING. We too hate spamming.
Can I revoke my membership in future?
Yes, you can revoke your membership from https://myaccount.google.com at any time in future.

Can I sign-up with any email domain or just Gmail?
At the moment our panel works only for gmail based users. In future we plan to include other users as well.
What if I do not have a Gmail ID?
Unfortunately, currently we do not support any other email domain. However, we are working on adding other domains as well in the future.
How does Kantar protect my privacy and keep my information secure?
We know security and privacy are important to you – and they are important to us, too.
After signing in, you only provide access to ‘Machine reading’. The software is programmed to only search and read email concerning ecommerce (bills and invoices) from the major online retailer sites. Details so collected are merged with data from other panelists’ data and read at an aggregate level ONLY. No individual data is visible to anyone at any stage of the data collection.
Please be assured that there is no human intervention in the process at all. We take confidentiality of your email very seriously and ensure that no access to information is available to anyone at any stage. So, you can be rest assured that your data is absolutely safe.
Will I be contacted from time-to-time for surveys?
No. You won’t be asked to fill any surveys. We might contact you no more than a couple of time a year to know how you are doing! But you can write to us as many times as you like. We love to hear from our panelists.
WillI get rewarded from time to time for being part of the panel?
Yes indeed. The awards are published on the site from time to time.
Will my personal information and identity be shared with any third party?
No individual data is visible to anyone at any stage of the data collection. Data collected is merged with other panelists and read at an aggregate level ONLY.
Will I receive e-mail messages from anyone other than Kantar?
No. Under no circumstances will Kantar give, rent, or sell your e-mail address to anyone else or allow messages to be sent to you by third parties.
For what purposes is the data collected by Kantar?
Data from Kantar surveys are used by the media, private and public organizations and marketing and communications agencies to reveal and analyse public opinion.
Can I see the results of the polls I participate in?
You can read results of many of the results on the Kantar website or in the local and international media.
