Thank you for visiting this page. We are now embarking on the second and final phase of the process of selection of the IMPACT Person of the Year 2013.

We had sent out a request last month inviting nominations. On the basis of the responses received, we now have the following 7 nominees. We would like you to choose 3 nominees who you think have made the maximum impact in calendar year 2013.

A little background: Every year, the IMPACT Person of the Year award is presented to one person or group of people chosen by his/her/their peers in the industry for having made maximum impact in the domain of media, advertising and marketing.

In the inaugural year in 2005, Mr. Peter Mukerjea (then, CEO of Star India was awarded). In 2006, it was Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai (of IBN network). In 2007, Mr. Vijay Mallya (of Kingfisher) was awarded IPOY 2007 and in 2008, it was Mr Lalit Modi who was the IMPACT Person of the Year. In 2008, based on reader feedback, we also had an IMPACT Person of the Year (Editorial Choice) which was awarded to Mr. Raghav Bahl (of Network 18). The IMPACT Person of the Year 2009 was awarded to Mr. Rajesh Kamat (of Colors) and in 2010 to Mr. Uday Shankar (of Star). In 2011, it was awarded to Mr Agnello Dias (of Taproot), while Ms. Ambika Soni (MP and former I&B; Minister) was the IMPACT Person of the Year in 2012.

The IMPACT Person of the Year 2013 award will be presented at a glittering ceremony in Mumbai on December 6, 2013.

Note: Complete confidentiality is assured. Your nominations will be kept confidential. Only Research Partner IMRB International will know who you have voted for. The IMPACT team will only be given names of people whose votes came in along with the final tally.
